Most estimates suggest female participationin crypto—from adoption, to investment, to general use—only hovers somewhere aroundone to five percent.
This reality stems from several issues, includingthe lower number of women currently working in tech and general finance.
It is also worsened by the social and culturalsexism being perpetuated (and even encouraged) within the crypto industry.
Without a larger portion of female participationand support from the industry, digital currencies, blockchain technology, and ICO growth cannever reach its full potential.
